Even with a great playground by the Meadow Glen clubhouse, the Town and Village of Monroe have a variety of parks and lakes to choose from — some exclusively for Monroe residents. To start, Crane Park in the Village of Monroe offers a long walkway that wraps around the entire park and ends near the Millponds.

At Round Lake, Monroe residents have the opportunity to rent boats or launch their own from the dock. Also nearby, Smith’s Clove Park is well-known as the host of most area sporting events like football, tennis, soccer, hockey and basketball.
